NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY- St. Joseph Parish School recruits and admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs. Furthermore, it is school policy to comply with applicable constitutional and statutory provisions regarding non-discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender, national origin, disability, and age. St. Joseph Parish School is a Catholic school and has the right to conduct all aspects of its operations, including without limitation curricular and non-curricular activities, in accordance with Catholic teachings and beliefs and to require that its students and staff conduct themselves at all times in a manner that is consistent with Catholic teaching.
