Wow, what a busy week in Preschool! We started our week preparing for Groundhogs Day by making a graph. We learned what the word "prediction" means and predicted whether the groundhog would see his shadow or not! Our Groundhog day was complete with a craft.
On Wednesday, we began our "Things We Build" theme. We learned four different building techniques: Stack it, Tall Long, Brick Layer, and Symmetry. We used wood blocks to build using the new techniques. Then, we learned about engineers and blueprints. We created our own blueprint to prepare for our big build day on Friday. On Friday it was time to build! These students did an AMAZING job using their blueprints to make their object!
This week we celebrated Catholic Schools Week. We collected donations to make goodie bags for healthcare workers at Mercy Hospital. Here are some pictures!

Thank you to all of our Preschool families for their generous donations for Central American Medical Outreach. We are so thankful to be able to donate school supplies and dental supplies to other kids like us!
