Firefighter Day! Stop, Drop, and Roll! Thank you to Fire Chief Brandon and the Amherst Fire Department for visiting our preschool!

COMMUNITY HELPERS

We are learning about community helpers and had a visit from former olympian Shannon Szabados (hockey player for Canada). She is the mother of one of our preschoolers. Two time gold medalist, one time silver medalist for Canada. She brought in her medals and hickey gear for the children to see. She is also an author of the book "Every Bunny Loves to Play" which she read to the class.

Officer Lamb cam to visit us during Community Partners week

We are learning about Dinosaurs! We are measuring a T-Rex's foot!

We are enjoying our new Pizza Dramatic Play Center and our winter theme activities!

We also have been practicing our fine motor skills by tracing big long lines!

Firefighter Brandon and Firefighter Scott

We enjoyed a visit from Firefighter Brandon and Firefighter Scott who taught us about fire safety.

We recently went on our first field trip to Apple Hill.
